Our wheeled bags are built with reinforced materials and steel rivets, then hand-sewn for durability. However, because the wheel components are sourced overseas and subject to heavy wear—especially during air travel—we do not provide a warranty on the wheels. To ensure longevity, bags should not exceed 65 lbs and handles should be used properly when navigating stairs. If you can provide proof of wheel failure, we’re happy to send a replacement wheel kit.
